Track My order
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the courier.
You can also view your tracking details anytime by logging into your account and checking the “Orders” section.
If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us.
Dispatch Information
We aim to dispatch all stocked items within 1 working day of your order. Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Please note:

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays due to courier closures.

The estimated delivery time shown on the product page may be extended during public holidays, pre-orders, or when our warehouse is closed.

Items requiring import or special order may take longer than 1 working day to dispatch.
