1. Pricing

All goods are sold at the price applicable on the date of dispatch. Prices include VAT where applicable, subject to the country of destination.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure about these charges.

All transactions are processed in GBP Sterling. If purchasing in another currency, your payment will be converted to GBP at the current exchange rate. By purchasing from Stanced UK, you accept these terms.


2. Estimated Delivery Date

Delivery times are estimates only. While we aim to dispatch your order promptly, Stanced UK cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods leave our premises. For more information, please see our Delivery Information page.


3. Delivery Conditions

Delivery is available to the UK mainland. If you are unsure whether your location qualifies, please contact our sales team before placing your order.


4. Non-Receipt of Goods – Dispute Process

If your tracking shows the item as delivered but you have not received it, notify Stanced UK within 24 hours. We can raise a claim with the courier within 10 to 14 days of the recorded delivery date.

The courier will investigate, including GPS tracking checks, driver interviews, and photo evidence. You may be required to complete a claim form. Failure to return the form within the stated timeframe means we cannot proceed with the case.

In some cases, the courier may request a crime reference number, which you can obtain by reporting the missing delivery to your local police via the non-emergency line.


5. Notice of Partial Delivery

Stanced UK reserves the right to make partial deliveries or cancel parts of the order if necessary. Any fulfilled items remain subject to these terms.


6. Warranty Process

Products covered under warranty must be returned for inspection to either Stanced UK or directly to the manufacturer, depending on the product. If deemed faulty, the item will be repaired or replaced based on stock availability.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Stanced UK covers the shipping cost for sending the replacement.


7. Cancellation and Returns Policy

Correct Parts Supplied
If you ordered the correct item as per your order but no longer require it:

  • A refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and any fees incurred.

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with undamaged packaging within 14 days.

  • The customer is responsible for return postage.

Special order items cannot be cancelled once processed, usually after 24 hours.

Damaged, Incomplete or Faulty Deliveries

  • Any damages, shortages, or faults must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Damaged or faulty items will be replaced. Items must be returned in full, including all broken parts.

  • Replacement items will not be dispatched until the faulty items are returned.

  • If the item is needed urgently, we may advise purchasing a new item, which will be refunded upon return of the faulty product.

Incorrect or Faulty Parts Supplied

  • Notify us within 14 days of receiving incorrect items.

  • If reported after 14 days but within 30 days, we will assist where possible but are not obligated.

  • If the correct item is unavailable upon return, a full refund will be issued.

  • Labour charges are not covered for the fitting or removal of any incorrect or faulty items.


8. Product Returns – Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Special order or custom-made items

  • Orders sourced from overseas suppliers

  • Pre-order deposits (non-refundable)

  • Items used, fitted, or not in resaleable condition

  • Items with damaged or missing original packaging

  • Sale or promotional items


9. Returning Items – Process

Contact us via email for return authorisation.
Include a note with your name, order number, contact details, and reason for return.

Refunds are processed promptly, usually within 24 to 72 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item.


10. Lost Return Items

Stanced UK cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.


11. Guarantees and Warranties

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically 6 months unlimited mileage unless stated otherwise.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.


12. Warranty Claims

  • Claims must be supported with valid proof of purchase.

  • Returned items are subject to manufacturer inspection to confirm a genuine fault.

  • Labour charges, fitting costs, and return shipping are not covered.

  • All warranties are return-to-base warranties.


13. Disclaimer of Liability

Stanced UK Ltd accepts no liability for:

  • Loss, damage, or injury, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Any costs or losses incurred through the fitting or removal of parts.

  • Work carried out by third-party garages or installers. Any such work is the sole responsibility of that company.

We strongly recommend that all suspension components or wheel bolts/nuts are checked for correct torque settings after 100 miles to ensure safety.
