Dispatch of Your Order
We aim to dispatch all stocked items within 1 working day of your order. Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Please note:

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays due to courier closures.

The estimated delivery time shown on the product page may be longer during public holidays, pre-orders, or when our warehouse is closed.

Any items requiring import may take longer than 1 working day to dispatch.

If your order is urgent, we recommend contacting us before placing the order to check stock availability and dispatch times.

Stanced UK is not liable for any shipping delays, labour charges, or costs incurred as a result of delayed deliveries.
Shipping Information
Delivery times are based on working days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and do not include Stanced UK’s handling time.
Delivery times may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Orders under £200 are charged at the current rate, which is calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.
Important Shipping Information:

Delivery delays after dispatch are the responsibility of the courier and are outside of Stanced UK’s control.

We will assist where possible in the event of delays but cannot accept liability for courier delays once the parcel has left our premises.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. While our system provides an estimate, we reserve the right to request additional payment if the calculated cost does not match the actual courier charges.

If you believe the shipping cost shown is incorrect or excessive, please contact us before completing your order for an accurate quote.
For a quick shipping estimate, simply add the item to your cart, click “Estimate Shipping & Tax”, enter your address, and the available shipping options will be displayed.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information before contacting us.
Tracking details are sent via email once your order is dispatched and can also be viewed under the “Orders” section of your online account.
Stanced UK retains proof of postage for every dispatched order. In the event of a missing parcel:

Responsibility for any claim lies with the courier or handler.

We will assist you in raising a claim but cannot be held liable for losses once the parcel has left our premises.

If your shipment is lost, you may be required to submit a claim directly with the courier. Compensation for lost parcels should be sought from the courier handling your shipment at the time of loss.
Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy carefully:

Return Policy:

You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it.

Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover transaction fees, handling, and packing costs.

Special order or custom-made items can only be cancelled or returned for a full refund if faulty. If cancelled for any other reason, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs. For unwanted items, the customer is also responsible for the original outbound postage cost.
Refunds:

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded in part. This policy is in place to prevent orders being placed on a “just in case” basis.
If items are missing from the return, we will contact you with the cost for the missing components and deduct this from your refund. Alternatively, you may return the missing item at your expense.
If a product has been misused, damaged, or incorrectly assembled, we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the refund.
Returns requested after 14 days from the order date may be refused.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Distance Selling) Regulations.
