Returns Policy


If you are not happy with the item, have purchased an item in error or you have simply changed your mind, then you are entitled to a full refund (excluding any original postage cost for non UK orders) providing that you return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery of the goods. Then, providing the product is returned in a new unused condition with all original packaging we will process the return and refund the order within 2-3 working days from its return, it can take 2-3 working days for any refunded payments to show in your bank account. If you are outside of the time period we would not be able to accept the return unfortunately. 

You will need to cover the cost of return shipping (we suggest using a traceable method). The product will need to be returned in its original packaging, be complete and must not have been installed. A handling fee of up to 15% may be applied.

However; if you are returning the item because it is damaged on receipt, faulty or in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage cost (proof of damage will be required). Please contact our customer services team at for assistance adding photographic evidence to speed up the process. 

Please make sure the following applies -

  • You are returning the goods within the 14 days returns policy period
  • Items are in new unused condition
  • All packaging is present and packaged as it came in the box
  • Only clear tape is used on boxes, If the packaging is defaced we cannot re sell the product
  • For suspension kit being returned, We recommend that you put the box inside a bin liner and tape it shut to protect the product and the packaging
  • Add a note with your name, address and contact details

Once the product is delivered back to us please allow 24-48 hours for the kit to be checked over and your refund processed.
