Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the quickest solution is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
When returning an item, please include a note with your name, address, contact details, and order number to help us process your return promptly.
Once the item is delivered back to us, please allow 24–48 hours for inspection before your refund is processed.
