Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returned items should be sent back with a note clearly showing your name, address, contact details, and order number to help us process your return quickly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us by email with your order number, and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we process refunds within 24–48 hours.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
