Peace of Mind with Every Purchase
All Official Stanced UK® Coilover Kits and Wheel Spacer Kits come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty as standard.
We stand behind the quality of every product we supply — giving you complete confidence when upgrading your car’s suspension or wheel setup.
Our warranty policy is designed to be clear, fair, and fully compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This page explains your rights, what’s covered, and how to make a claim.
1. Overview
At Stanced UK Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), we supply high-quality suspension and wheel fitment components engineered for UK roads.
We aim to ensure every customer receives durable, safe, and precisely manufactured products.
This warranty applies to all products purchased directly from Stanced UK®, including through our website, eBay Store, or authorised partners.
2. Warranty Periods

Official Stanced UK Coilover Kits – 2-Year Warranty

Official Stanced UK Wheel Spacer Kits – 2-Year Warranty

Other Branded Products (such as Bimecc, Demon, or other manufacturers) – Covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranty period and terms.
All warranty coverage begins from the original purchase date.
Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser named on the order or invoice.
3. Your Right to Return or Reject
You may return or reject any goods purchased from Stanced UK Ltd within 30 days of receipt if they are:

of unsatisfactory quality,

unfit for purpose, or
-
not as described.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all parts included and undamaged.
Missing components or signs of misuse may affect the refund amount issued.
4. Faults and Warranty Claims
Within 6 Months of Purchase
If a fault develops within six months of purchase, you may return the affected item for inspection.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the component at no charge.
Between 6 and 24 Months of Purchase
If a fault develops between six months and two years after purchase, you can still submit a claim.
Under the CRA, you may need to demonstrate that the fault was present at the time of purchase.
If our inspection confirms a genuine manufacturing defect, we will honour the warranty and repair or replace the part as appropriate.
5. Inspection Process
To ensure a fair and efficient process, all claimed parts must be inspected* before a decision is made.
Because returning vehicle suspension components can be inconvenient, we offer two options:
Option 1 – Replacement with Refundable Deposit
Replacement parts can be issued upon payment of a refundable deposit, set according to the component value.
You will then return the claimed item to us for inspection.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will refund your deposit and up to £15 return postage within 7–14 working days.
Option 2 – Return for Inspection
Alternatively, you can send the claimed product to Stanced UK for inspection first.
If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the part.
If no defect exists, any replacement supplied will be chargeable at the current retail price.
In both cases, a Technical Information / Warranty Claim Form must be completed before removing or replacing any parts.
Our team will guide you through this process when you contact us.
6. What’s Covered
This warranty covers all components supplied as part of a Stanced UK® Coilover Kit or Stanced UK® Wheel Spacer Kit, purchased directly from us, against manufacturing defects within the stated period.
To maintain full warranty coverage:

Products must be fitted by a qualified Motor Mechanic or Vehicle Technician.

Suspension kits must be set up within the recommended adjustment range supplied in your documentation.

Proof of purchase must be provided for all claims.
The warranty covers parts only and does not include labour costs, alignment, or setup.
7. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Labour costs, installation or removal,
-
Consequential or indirect damage caused by installation or misuse,

Incorrect fitment or use outside the recommended setup range,

Cosmetic corrosion or wear due to neglect or improper maintenance,

Modified, tampered, or damaged products.
Claims may be delayed or declined if incomplete information is provided.
Always ensure the claim form is completed in full with accurate details and photos where requested.
