HOW LAYBUY WORKS:
Step 1: Proceed to checkout as normal and select Laybuy as your payment method.

Step 2: Log in or sign up and complete your order in seconds.

Step 3: Choose your payment day, view your schedule and select pay now to complete your order.

Step 4: Your order is on its way. Payments will be taken each week automatically.

 

WHAT IF I MISS A PAYMENT?
When a payment for an instalment fails, we send you an email to let you know straight away that this has failed. The payment will then be attempted again 24 hours later and if this fails a late fee is applied. If this instalment remains unpaid for a further 7 days, another fee will be applied. More info

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS EARLY?
If you would like to pay any future instalments off earlier than their due dates, that is fine with us!

This will not impact or change the due dates of any other future instalments you do not pay at the time, in other words your remaining instalments will not be bought forward but will remain due on the original due dates as presented to you from the start.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY PAYMENT DATE?
After your order has been confirmed: Your payment schedule is confirmed as soon as you click Complete Order and pay the initial payment. Laybuy are unable to move your payment unless you need a hardship repayment arrangement. More info

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PAYMENT FAILS?

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Returns are subject to the Merchant's returns policy and all products should be returned as usual. You should contact the Merchant that provided you the products to arrange the return and ensure the products are sent back in a saleable condition.

How do refunds work:

When the Merchant receives the products, accepts the return and refunds the amount to Laybuy, you will then receive a notification of this refund and your order will be adjusted immediately. Please see the Laybuy website for full refund information.
